A) commande boissons 2 Battin rose et une normale et attente trop long, fallait rappeler 2x. A la fin de compte un serveur vient pour prise de commande et je lui dis que se serait aimable primo pouvoir boire un verre car on est assoiffe et depuis en attente Plat recu, pas tres chaud, mais pire filet de boeuf Simmertal Bearnaise 36€ servi av Bearnaise froide, je reclame, sa prend un paquet de temps attente que le filet etait presque fini a l arrive nouvelle Bearnaise. Je pense que elle etait chauffe au micro car tourne, mais etant du metier, 2 goutes eau froide, frappe av fourchette et repris ok En debarrassant pourtant un NOGO absolu, le serveur demande si tout c est bien passe et ma femme repond ou sauf qu il y avait beaucoup de nerfs dedans. Et celui ci repond: malgre cela il ne vous reste plus grand chose !! Une reponse absolument inadmissible il Nous semble Cafe Gourmand naja On s attendait mieux pour un tel cadre qui est beau Dommage

I absolutely adore this restaurant! From the moment you step inside, the interior design is simply stunning, and its serene location right in the park adds so much to the experience. Fuimos ayer por la tarde con la idea de tomar algo tranquilamente, pero la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Nada más sentarnos (a las 19h), la camarera vino a presionarnos para pedir comida, diciéndonos que estábamos en un restaurante y que, por tanto, teníamos que cenar. El local estaba prácticamente vacío (apenas 5 mesas ocupadas de unas 20), por lo que no entendemos esa insistencia ni el tono. Nos hizo sentir muy incómodos, como si no estuviéramos bienvenidos si no pedíamos platos completos. Es una pena, porque el sitio tenía buena pinta, pero el trato al cliente fue poco profesional. No lo recomendaría. Y, sinceramente, a esta camarera sería mejor tenerla en cocina que de cara al público.
